Rider's Release Agreement

I, ____________________________________, the undersigned, being of lawful age, acknowledge that there are great hazards, dangers, and risks of injury or death associated with horses and horseback riding. I know that horses, even under careful supervision, are unpredictable. Knowing and accepting this danger, I desire for myself and/or my child/legal ward, ______________________________________ (Birth date ____________________) to receive riding lessons at the Flying S Ranch, LLC in Grafton, WI and to participate in equestrian activities, either there or elsewhere. And for the good and valuable consideration, I do hereby:

RELEASE Flying S Ranch, LLC, members, employees or agents and all other persons, corporations, associations or partnerships from any and all claims whatsoever which I may incur on account of or in any way growing out of bodily and/or personal injury resulting from any accident, casualty or event involving me or members of my family or guests arising out equestrian activities associated with Flying S Ranch, LLC.

UNDERSTAND that a person who is engaged for compensation in the rental of equines or equine equipment or tack or in the instruction of a person in the riding or driving of an equine or in being a passenger upon and equine is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in equine activities resulting from the inherent risks of equine activities, as defined in section 895.481 (1)(E) of Wisconsin Statutes.

I FURTHER COVENANT AND PROMISE never to institute any suit or action against any of the above named persons and agree to indemnify and hold the above identified persons from all further claims and damages, costs or expenses, and reasonable attorney's fees, which may be incurred by any of the persons identified above as a result of any accident or injury to me, members of my family or my guests, which may result from the negligence of myself, member of my family for my guests or any combination thereof.

I have read the above terms of this Release Agreement and executed the same on this the ___________ Day of ______________________, 20______, and retained a copy for myself, the original to be delivered to
Flying S Ranch, LLC.
